Henry Moore Maquette Recovered 26 Years After Theft

A Henry Moore Maquette for Three-Quarter Figure: Lines, appeared for sale at Christie’s in September 2009. The figure was stolen from a NYC gallery and reported to the International Foundation for Art Research in 1983.
At the direction of the theft victim, Chris Marinello negotiated a four-party stipulation of settlement resolving all title issues over the sculpture allowing it to sell at auction.
